摘要
隧道的涌水问题历来都是隧道施工中需要解决的重要难题,尤其是涌水量特别大,且排水不畅或者无法自排水的斜井施工过程中。针对该问题,文章提出了一种适用于长大富水斜井的分区注浆堵水技术,对其处治原则、技术关键点、施工工艺流程、关键工序实施技术,以及注浆施工控制进行分析。分区注浆堵水技术在松山隧道通风斜井工程施工中取得了积极成效,施工经验可以为类似工程提供有益参考。
Water gushing in tunnels has always been an important problem to be solved in tunnel construction,especially in the construction of inclined shafts with large amount of water gushing and poor drainage or without self-drainage capability.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a partition grouting water plugging technology suitable for long and large water-rich inclined shaft,and analyzes its treatment principles,technical key points,construction process flow,key procedure implementation technology and grouting construction control.The partition grouting water plugging technology has achieved positive results in the construction of Songshan tunnel ventilation inclined shaft project,and the construction experience can provide useful reference for similar projects.
