Research on Common Anti-leakage Construction Technology and Countermeasures in Building Engineering

渗漏现象是建筑工程中的质量通病,为了有效防治渗漏问题、提升建筑工程的防水施工质量,文章对建筑常见的渗漏部位和原因进行了分析,并针对性地研究了屋面、外墙、地下室及厕浴间防治渗漏的施工技术,提出了相关防渗漏建议及对策,以期为相关建筑工程的防水施工提供参考和借鉴。

Leakage is a common quality problem in building engineering.In order to effectively prevent leakage and improve the waterproof construction quality of building engineering,this paper analyzes the common leakage positions and causes of the building,and studies targeted anti-leakage construction technology of the roof,exterior wall,basement,toilet and bathroom,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures to prevent leakage,hoping to provide reference for the waterproof construction of related building engineering.
