建筑智能化施工管理现状及优化策略

Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of Building Intelligent Construction Management

我国建筑行业的工业设计思想不断发展,如今已经初步完成了现代化转型。建筑企业在数字化技术和新基建技术融合发展过程中不断向着建筑智能化目标升级,但是当前建筑智能化施工管理还存在一定的不足。基于此,文章针对当前我国建筑智能化施工管理现状问题,从管理理念、管理方法和管理人员素质三个方面提出一系列管理完善策略,并对此进行研究和分析,期望能够为进一步推动建筑智能化施工管理转型升级助力。

With the continuous development of industrial design ideas in China's construction industry,the modernization transformation has been preliminarily completed.In the process of integration and development of digital technology and new infrastructure technology,construction enterprises are constantly upgrading towards the goal of building intelligence,but there are still some deficiencies in the current intelligent construction management of buildings.Based on this,aiming at the current situation of building intelligent construction management in China,this paper puts forward a series of management improvement strategies from three aspects of management concept,management methods and management personnel quality,and conducts research and analysis on these strategies,hoping to further promote the transformation and upgrading of building intelligent con-struction management.
