Risk Analysis and Its Prevention and Control Measures in Construction Project Management

随着我国建筑行业的飞速发展,项目施工过程中发生的管理问题也层出不穷。为有效提高建筑工程施工效率,文章通过梳理建筑工程安全生产管理政策,分析建筑工程管理风险,并介绍了德尔菲法、头脑风暴法等风险识别方法,蒙特卡洛模拟技术、层次分析法和模糊综合评判法等风险评价方法,以及风险规避、风险转移等风险因素应对方法,助力一线工程管理人员掌握风险管理和防控措施。

With the rapid development of China's construction industry,management problems in the process of project construction are also emerging endlessly.In order to effectively improve the construction efficiency of construction projects,this paper analyzes the risks of construction project management by combing the safety production management policies of construction projects,and introduces the risk identification methods such as Delphi method and brainstorming method,the risk evaluation methods such as Monte Carlo simulation technology,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,as well as the risk factor response methods such as risk aversion and risk transfer,so as to help front-line project management personnel master risk management and prevention and control measures.
