摘要
浮式支墩在钢桁梁顶推施工中作为水上浮动支墩支撑着钢桁梁,保证了钢桁梁顶推过程的稳定。文章主要分析沪宁桥90 m简支钢桁梁顶架设浮墩的设计,对其荷载计算、结构组成、支架高度及受力检算等内容进行深入研究,并总结了浮墩的制作与使用要求,以期为类似桥梁浮托顶推施工所用浮墩的设计制作提供参考。
The floating buttress supports the steel truss girder as a floating pier on the water in the steel truss girder incremental launching construction,which ensures the stability of the incremental launching process of steel truss girder.This paper mainly analyzes the design of floating buttress erected on the top of 90 m simply supported steel truss girder of Huning Bridge,and makes an in-depth study on its load calculation,structural composition,support height and stress checking,and summarizes the requirements for the manufacture and use of floating buttress,so as to provide reference for the design and manufacture of floating buttresses used in floating support incremental launching construction of similar bridges.
