摘要
建设项目基坑施工过程中,开挖卸荷会导致土体应力发生变化,从而使围护结构产生位移,基坑外侧土体和建筑物也会随之出现沉降或是位移动等现象。只有严密监测基坑的变化情况,才能科学合理地规划后期施工的具体开展。在各种高新技术普遍应用的助力下,我国基坑监测技术不断向智能化、自动化方向发展。文章首先介绍了全站仪监测技术、3D激光扫描监测技术和光纤传感监测技术,分别阐述这三种自动化监测技术的应用优势,然后结合具体工程,对自动化监测技术在深基坑监测中的具体应用进行系统性分析,以供同类项目参考。
During the foundation pit construction of the construction project,the excavation unloading will lead to the change of the soil stress,which will cause the displacement of the retaining structure,and the settlement or displacement of the soil and buildings outside the foundation pit.Only by closely monitoring the changes of foundation pit can we scientifically and reasonably plan the specific development of the later construction.With the help of widespread application of various high and new technologies,the foundation pit monitoring technology in China has been developing towards intelligence and automation.This paper first introduces the total station monitoring technology,3D laser scanning monitoring technology and optical fiber sensing monitoring technology,and expounds the application advantages of three automatic monitoring technologies respectively.Then,combined with specific projects,the specific application of automatic monitoring technologies in deep foundation pit monitoring is systematically analyzed for the reference of similar projects.
