摘要
本文论述了楔式闸阀导向控制的理论及实现方法,详细阐述了GB/T12234-2019及API600-2015(2021)标准对此相关内容的要求与规范,并做了深度分析与解读,并从本阀的安装方位与运行过程还原了阀门可能产生卡阻的原因及制造商应从设计、铸造、加工、检验等多方位管控以消除影响,最大限度保障阀门安全运行的思路。也提醒管道设计与使用单位应考虑阀门的最优安装方向。
This article discusses the theory and realization method of guided control of wedge gate valve,elaborates the requirements and specifications of GB/T12234-2019 and API600-2015(2021)standards for this related content,and makes in-depth analysis and interpretation. And from the installation position and operation process of the valve to restore the causes of the possible jamming of the valve and the manufacturer should control the design,casting,processing,inspection and other aspects to eliminate the impact and maximize the safe operation of the valve. It also reminds piping designers and operators to consider the optimal installation direction of the valve.
