液压单元测力装置的系统设计与实现

System Design and Implementation of Hydraulic Unit Force Measuring Device

摘要 为了满足油田生产中液压单元的自动化测试,介绍了液压单元测力装置的组成、工作原理以及关键技术。该系统主要是利用软件通过CAN-bus控制电机驱动液压单元,并将数据上传到上位机软件系统。现场运行结果表明,整套装置能够实时测量液压单元的输出压力、环境参数以及电机运行参数,测量精度高,为检修液压单元提供了有效技术手段。 In order to meet the automated testing of hydraulic units in oilfield production,the composition,working principle and key technology of the force measuring device for hydraulic unit are introduced. The system mainly uses software to control the hydraulic unit driven by motor through CAN-bus,and upload the data to the upper computer software system. Field operation results show that the whole device can measure the output pressure of the hydraulic unit,environmental parameters and motor operating parameters in real time,and the measurement accuracy is high,which provides an effective technical means for repairing the hydraulic unit.
