摘要
石油化工装置的防雷装置定期检测是一项复杂的工作,而接地电阻的测量是此项工作最重要的技术环节之一,采用传统技术检测手段存在效率低、可信度不高加之接地电阻测试仪没有防爆型产品等一系列问题。本文通过分析防爆型钳型接地电阻测试仪(以下简称“钳型表”)的技术原理以及技术要求,结合在石油化工装置防雷检测的经验,提出了钳型表和传统接地电阻测试仪配合使用的可行性与优势,为石油化工装置防雷检测水平提供支持,有效解决了防雷装置定期效率低、可信度不高等问题。
Regular detection of lightning protection devices in petrochemical plants is a complex work,The measurement of grounding resistance is one of the most important technical links in this work,There are a series of problems such as low efficiency,low reliability and no explosion-proof products for the grounding resistance tester when using traditional technology to detect. This paper analyzes the technical principle and technical requirements of explosion-proof clamp-on grounding resistance tester(hereinafter referred to as “clamp-on meter”),combined with the experience of lightning protection detection in petrochemical plants,the feasibility and advantages of the combination of clamp-on meter and traditional grounding resistance tester are proposed,Provide support for lightning protection detection level of petrochemical plants,It effectively solves the problems of low periodic efficiency and low reliability of lightning protection device.
