我国人类胚胎基因编辑争议事件多发的原因分析

Philosophical analysis on the frequent controversial events of human embryo gene editing in China

摘要 近年来,我国已连续发生多起与人类胚胎基因编辑相关的国际争议事件,国家为此进行了紧急立法,但此举是堵而非疏,还需深度分析才能认清事件发生的底层根源。否则,法律仍将被科技暴徒所逾越,我国还会发生受国际指责的人类胚胎基因编辑事件。在梳理基因编辑技术史的基础上,对我国科技工作者的人类胚胎基因编辑行为进行了分析,发现基因编辑技术简化、科技工作者域外求学、事件发生地经济发达、法律的宽容与限制和民众医学知识的欠缺是我国人类胚胎基因编辑的物性基础,中华传统文化、近代计生政策的影响是我国人类胚胎基因编辑的文化背景。物性基础和文化背景的共同作用,造成人类胚胎基因编辑争议事件多在我国发生。 Recently,there have been many international controversial events related to human embryo gene editing in China.To solve this problem,the government has made emergency legislation,but this is blocking rather than sparse.In-depth analysis is needed to understand the underlying root causes of the events.Otherwise,science and technology thugs will still surpass the law,and there will be human embryo gene editing events criticized internationally in China.Based on combing the history of gene editing technology,this paper analyzes the human embryo gene editing behavior of Chinese scientific and technological workers.It is found that the simplification of gene editing technology,the overseas study of scientific,technological workers,the economic development of the place where the event occurred,the tolerance and limitation of the law and the lack of medical knowledge among the population are the material basis of human embryo gene editing in China;the influence of Chinese traditional culture,modern family planning policy is the cultural background of human embryo gene editing in China.Due to the interaction of physical basis and cultural background,most controversial events of human embryo gene editing occur in China.
