Structural Stress Analysis of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Arch Bridges——Taking Wuming River Bridge on Pingnan Expressway as an Example

摘要 文章以平南高速武鸣河大桥为例,采用有限元软件MIDAS对拱桥进行仿真模拟,首先分析结构模拟的重难点,主要是钢管混凝土截面的模拟、吊杆初拉应力的计算及吊杆的张拉顺序、桥面板的简化;然后分别从静力、动力、稳定性三个方面分析结构受力特性,结果表明结构在不同状态下的计算结果均能满足施工期及运营期的结构设计要求。此次研究成果可为同类桥梁结构的设计计算提供一定的参考。 Taking Wuming River Bridge on Pingnan Expressway as an example, the finite element software MIDAS is used to simulate the arch bridge in this paper. Firstly, the key and difficult points of structural simulation are analyzed, mainly including the simulation of concrete filled steel tubular section, the calculation of initial tensile stress of the suspender, the tensioning sequence of the suspender and the simplification of the bridge deck. Then, the structural stress characteristics are analyzed from three aspects: static,dynamic and stability. The results show that the calculation results of the structure under different states can meet the structural design requirements during construction and operation. The research results can provide some references for the design and calculation of similar bridge structures.
