级配碎石基层施工技术在高速公路沥青路面工程中的应用

The Application of Graded Crushed Stone Base Construction Technology in Expressway Asphalt Pavement Engineering

随着我国公路建设水平的不断提升,加工材料的技术和工艺也在改进,级配碎石的生产工艺也日趋成熟,将更广泛地应用于高速公路路面的基础结构建设当中。文章以某工程为例,介绍了级配碎石基层施工工艺,分别从级配碎石的摊铺、碾压、接缝处理、养护、成品保护与验收方面探讨了在高速公路沥青路面的实际应用,检测施工完成后压实度与平整度,结果表明,采用合理级配碎石配比与施工工艺进行基层施工后的沥青路面质量可满足相关规范要求。

With the continuous improvement of China’s highway construction level, the technology and process of processing materials are also improved, graded crushed stone production process is becoming mature, which will be more widely used in expressway pavement infrastructure construction. Taking a project as an example, this paper introduces the construction technology of graded crushed stone base, and discusses its practical application in expressway asphalt pavement from the aspects of paving, rolling, joint treatment, maintenance, finished product protection and acceptance of the graded crushed stone. The compactness and flatness after construction are tested. The results show that the quality of asphalt pavement after base construction with reasonable graded crushed stone ratio and construction technology can meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
