摘要
传统的综合管廊拼装技术采用混凝土现浇,弊端是无法实现雨季作业、施工效率较低。而自动预制安装技术则有效避免了现场浇筑施工,具有工期短、节约成本、节能环保等优势,已经成为地下综合管廊的主要施工技术。文章综述了国内综合管廊建设发展历程,对预制构件的安装要点进行阐述,同时结合广元三江项目子项目坪雾坝路网工程项目综合管廊市政管线支架的批量预制案例,探讨了自动预制安装技术在综合管廊施工中的实际应用,包括管线支架选型、制作安装及自动预制加工,以供参考。
The traditional assembly of comprehensive pipe gallery adopts concrete cast-in-place technology, and its disadvantages are that it is unable to realize the operation in rainy season and the construction efficiency is low. The automatic prefabrication and installation technology effectively avoids the on-site pouring construction, and has the advantages of short construction period, cost saving, energy saving and environmental protection. It has become the main construction technology of underground comprehensive pipe gallery. This paper summarizes the development history of domestic comprehensive pipe gallery construction, and expounds the installation points of prefabricated components.At the same time, combined with the batch prefabrication case of municipal pipeline supports of comprehensive pipe gallery in Pingwuba Road Network Project, a sub-project of Guangyuan Sanjiang Project, it discusses the practical application of automatic prefabrication and installation technology in comprehensive pipe gallery construction, including the selection, production, installation, and automatic prefabrication and processing of pipeline supports for reference.
