异形深基坑大跨度型钢组合支撑体系快速施工技术分析

摘要 型钢组合支撑体系空间跨度和刚度相对较大、强度高、自重较轻,且其安装工序快速经济,能够有效减少预应力损失,并提高建筑物整体组合结构的刚度和稳定性。尤其是在大跨度建筑异形深基坑的建设过程中,型钢混凝土组合结构可以在一定程度上提高建筑物的抗震性能,提升建筑物整体结构的稳定性,保证项目施工的安全性。基于此,文章结合济南地铁施工项目,分析了异形深基坑大跨度型钢组合支撑体系安装及结构施工过程中的关键施工要点,并总结了保障该体系施工质量和提升该体系安全水平的一系列措施,以期为后续类似工程的施工提供参考和借鉴。 The structural steel composite support system has the characteristics of large spatial span and stiffness, high strength, light weight, and fast and economic installation process, which can effectively reduce the prestress loss and improve the stiffness and stability of the overall composite structure of the building. Especially in the construction process of special-shaped deep foundation pit of large-span buildings, structural steel reinforced concrete composite structure can improve the seismic performance of buildings to a certain extent, improve the stability of the overall structure of buildings, and ensure the safety of project construction. Based on this, combined with Jinan Metro construction project, this paper analyzes the key construction points in the installation and structure construction of large-span structural steel composite support system for special-shaped deep foundation pit, and summarizes a series of measures to ensure the construction quality of the system and improve the safety level of the system, so as to provide references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
