摘要
高压旋喷灌浆技术是一种施工操作简便、造价较低,且对水库坝体结构影响较小的施工技术。在各种类型的基础防渗、地基承载力改善工程中,高压旋喷灌浆技术得到了广泛应用,优化了我国水库工程中的除险加固建设项目,为我国水利工程质量的提高提供了保障。鉴于此,文章围绕某水库除险加固工程项目的实际情况,分析了工程项目的地质条件,详细阐述了高压旋喷灌浆技术在工程项目应用中的技术原理,以及在灌浆设计环节、施工作业环节和质量检测环节的应用要点,以供参考。
High pressure jet grouting technology is a construction technology with simple operation, low cost and little influence on reservoir dam structure. In various types of foundation anti-seepage and foundation bearing capacity improvement projects, high-pressure jet grouting technology has been widely used, which has optimized the risk elimination and reinforcement construction projects in reservoir engineering in China, and provided guarantee for the improvement of the quality of water conservancy projects in China.In view of this, based on the actual situation of a reservoir risk elimination and reinforcement project, this paper analyzes the geological conditions of the project, and expounds in detail the technical principle of high pressure jet grouting technology in the application of the project, as well as the application points in the grouting design, construction operation and quality inspection for reference.
