摘要
为提升螺杆压缩机冷却系统运行质量,文章对其运行效率及噪声控制方案进行研究。针对某处理装置冷换系统核心设备制冷压缩机螺杆压缩机组,提出改造升级冷却循环水塔、优化制冷压缩机排压调节控制、调节优化制冷压缩机吸入压力的方案;在噪声控制方面提出综合应用亥姆霍兹共振器与穿孔板共振结构组合结构、单层复合隔声结构、消声器、隔声罩的降噪方案。经过效率提升与噪声控制方案的实施,冷却系统有效功率从58.8%提升到94.8%,提升了36%;平均噪声由106 dB降到了81.38 dB,有效控制了噪声。
In order to improve the operation quality of screw compressor cooling system, this paper studies its operation efficiency and noise control scheme. Aiming at the screw compressor unit of refrigeration compressor, which is the core equipment of refrigeration exchange system of a processing unit, a scheme of upgrading the cooling circulating water tower, optimizing the discharge pressure regulation control of refrigeration compressor and adjusting the suction pressure of refrigeration compressor is proposed. In terms of noise control, the noise reduction scheme of comprehensively applying Helmholtz resonator and perforated plate resonance structure combination structure, single-layer composite sound insulation structure, muffler and sound insulation cover is proposed. After the implementation of efficiency improvement and noise control scheme, the effective power of the cooling system is increased from 58.8% to 94.8% with an increase of 36%. The average noise is reduced from 106dB to 81.38 dB, effectively controlling the noise.
