At present, the subway engineering has played an important role in easing traffic pressure, energy conservation and emission reduction, and its construction safety have attracted much attention. This paper will focus on the risk assessment and safety management countermeasures in the subway construction stage, summarize the characteristics of subway construction, analyze the significance of construction risk assessment, and deeply explore the risk control measures in subway construction stage combined with actual construction management cases, in order to provide references for related projects, ensure construction safety, and promote the safe and stable development of subway construction projects.
