摘要
二级乙等的普通话水平已成为高校学生参加公务员及教师资格考试的的必备条件之一,但新疆维吾尔自治区高校普通话培训效果与测试成绩却不尽如人意。该文根据多年对普通话水平测试中命题说话项的听测情况,通过针对性、实证性研究,指出新疆维吾尔自治区高校民族学生在普通话水平测试命题说话8个扣分项中存在的问题,一一分析原因并提出相应的培训教学对策,为切实提高普通话培训及测试成效,达到“以测促训,以训促测”的目的,提供参考与应用实践。
The Level of Putonghua in Grade II B has become one of the necessary conditions for college students to take the examination for the qualification of civil servants and teachers however,the Putonghua training effect and test results of colleges and universities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are not satisfactory.Based on the listening and testing of the propositional items in the Putonghua proficiency test for many years,this paper conducts a targeted and empirical study,this paper points out the problems existing in eight points in Putonghua proficiency test for ethnic students in colleges and universities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,analyzes the reasons one by one,and advances some corresponding training and teaching countermeasures,to improve the effectiveness of Mandarin training and testing,to achieve the"Training by testing,training to test"to provide reference and application of practice.
