基于社会需求导向的电子商务课程育人实践探索

电商经济的迅猛发展急需电商人才,据网经社电商门户服务中心调查数据显示,当前约有八成企业缺少电商人才,但是,企业急需具有一定的实践操作技能、持续学习能力的高素质复合型电商人才,对高校原有电商人才培养模式提出新的挑战。据此,该文以电子商务课程育人教学改革为主线,深入分析电子商务课程育人教学改革的方向、主要做法、取得成果及得到的启示,以期为创新型高素质电商人才培养提供参考依据。

The rapid development of e-commerce economy urgently needs e-commerce talents.According to the survey data of ECOSOC e-commerce portal service center,about 80%of enterprises lack e-commerce talents.However,enterprises urgently need e-commerce talents,who should have certain practical operation skills,continuous learning ability and compound high-quality e-commerce talents.The original teaching and education mode in colleges and universities is difficult to meet the current needs of e-commerce enterprises for compound high-quality e-commerce talents.Accordingly,taking the educational reform of"e-commerce"course as the main line,this paper deeply analyzes the direction,main practices,achievements and enlightenment of the educational reform of"e-commerce"course,in order to provide reference basis for the cultivation of innovative and high-quality e-commerce talents.
