高校教师样板党支部引领课程思政建设探索与实践

教师队伍是高校加强课程思政建设、实现立德树人目标的主力军,而教师的课程思政意识与对课程思政的认识水平直接影响了课程思政理念的落实效果。湖南大学生物学院生物医学教工党支部是全国首批样板党支部,已形成校政联动、校校联动、校企联动的“三联动”支部建设工作特色。支部将课程思政教学改革实践与样板支部建设相结合,充分发挥样板支部在课程思政建设、基层教学组织建设、科研与社会实践育人中的引领示范作用,将思政工作体系贯通人才培养体系全过程,取得了良好成效。

Teachers are the main force in universities to strengthen the construction of curriculum ideological and political education and realize the goal of moral education.However,teachers'consciousness of curriculum ideological and politicaleducation and their understanding level of curriculum ideological and political education directly affect the implementation effect of curriculum ideological and political concept.As one of the first model party branches in China,the Biomedical Faculty Branch of the School of Biology of Hunan University has formed the"three linkage"branch construction features of school-government linkage,school-school linkage and school-enterprise linkage.The branch combined the practice of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform with the construction of model branch,gave full play to the model branch's leading and exemplary role in curriculum ideological and political construction,grassroots teaching organization construction,scientific research and social practice education,and integrated the ideological and political work system into the whole process of talent training system,and achieved good results.
