摘要
拱肋混凝土灌注是钢管混凝土拱施工过程中的控制性环节,为了施工安全,确定钢管的容许承压力并进行极限工况受力分析十分重要。文章依托具体工程,结合理论计算和三维板壳模型数值模拟方法,对钢管拱泵送顶升混凝土施工过程进行力学分析,得到容许承载力和堵管极限工况下钢管拱受力特性,为后续类似工程建设提供一定指导。
Arch rib concrete pouring is a controlling link in the construction process of concrete-filled steel tube arch.In order to ensure the construction safety,it is very important to determine the allowable bearing pressure of steel tube and carry out stress analysis under extreme working conditions.Based on a specific project,combined with theoretical calculation and 3D plate shell model numerical simulation method,this paper makes a mechanical analysis of the construction process of concrete-filled steel tube arch in pumping and jacking,and obtains the allowable bearing capacity and the stress characteristics of steel tube arch under the extreme working condition of pipe plugging,which provides some guidance for the construction of subsequent similar projects.
