The Application of DCS Control System in Industrial Automation

DCS控制系统是一项能够将计算机通信技术、控制系统等多种功能结合在一起的控制体系,能够将各项分散的控制功能进行整合,实现集中控制的目的。近年来,DCS控制系统在工业自动化技术中被广泛应用,充分发挥了提升工业自动化系统功能的作用。基于此,文章首先对DCS控制系统及其特点进行介绍,然后分析DCS控制系统在工业自动化生产中的应用,包括控制液位串级、连锁控制等方面,最后提出工业自动化生产中DSC控制系统的维护管理措施,以期推动DCS控制系统在工业自动化中的良好应用。

DCS control system is a control system that can combine computer communication technology,control system and other functions.It can integrate various decentralized control functions to achieve the purpose of centralized control.In recent years,DCS control system has been widely used in industrial automation technology,giving full play to the role of improving the function of industrial automation system.Based on this,this paper first introduces the DCS control system and its characteristics,then analyzes the application of DCS control system in industrial automation production,including control liquid level cascade,interlock control and so on,and finally puts forward the maintenance and management measures of DSC control system in industrial automation production,in order to promote the good application of DCS control system in industrial automation.
