摘要
混凝土轨枕的生产过程中,混凝土浇灌成型基本上采用人工浇灌与低频振动成型工艺,在成型过程中易出现少料或多料的情况,造成材料和人工的浪费、轨枕表面空洞麻面等质量缺陷。为了有效解决目前存在的工艺缺陷,文章从质量控制、成本控制、安全管理、现代化治企等方面迫切的需求出发,提出定量浇灌与振动成型一体化应用方案,然后进行定量浇灌与振动成型一体化应用方案设计,成功设计出包括辊道组件、定量浇灌子系统、高频振动子系统的定量浇灌与振动成型一体化系统,并改进了轨枕生产设施设备,完善了相关工艺参数,实现了定量浇灌与高频振动一体化的高效结合。
In the production process of concrete sleepers,the concrete pouring and molding basically adopts manual pouring and low-frequency vibration molding process,which may lead to less or more materials during the molding process,resulting in waste of materials and labor and quality defects such as voids and pits on the sleeper surface.In order to effectively solve the existing process defects,this paper puts forward the integrated application scheme of quantitative pouring and vibration molding from the urgent needs of quality control,cost control,safety management and modern enterprise management.Then,it designs the integrated application scheme of quantitative pouring and vibration molding.The quantitative pouring and vibration molding integrated system including roller component,quantitative pouring subsystem and high-frequency vibration subsystem is successfully designed.The sleeper production facilities and equipment are improved,the relevant process parameters are improved,and the efficient combination of quantitative pouring and high-frequency vibration integration is realized.
