大跨度超高钢连廊底部及外立面装饰安装施工技术研究——以广州无限极广场项目为例 被引量:4

摘要 当前,各大城市超高层或异形建筑屡见不鲜,异形建筑造型奇特,曲面复杂,存在大量异形构件,定位精度要求极高。同时考虑地基承载力受限,各专业穿插施工,无法常规搭设满堂脚手架或采用吊车作业。需要研究出一种可以不受场地限制、不影响下方浅隧运行,能保证大跨度超高钢连廊底部和外立面装饰施工安全、质量和进度的施工技术。基于此,文章以广州无限极广场项目由A、B两座塔楼间的斜交连体钢连廊安装施工项目为例,分析工程安装施工重难点,发现存在安装工程量大、异型构件多等难点,然后基于此进行钢连廊底部及外立面装饰安装施工技术择选与优化应用,即通过研发新型型钢支架,优化应用大悬臂滑移轨道式吊篮施工技术,以期为同类工程施工提供参考。 At present,super high-rise or special-shaped buildings are common in big cities.Special-shaped buildings have unique shapes,complex curved surfaces,and a large number of special-shaped components,requiring high positioning accuracy.At the same time,considering that the bearing capacity of the foundation is limited,and the construction of various disciplines is interspersed,it is impossible to set up scaffold or use crane for operation routinely.It is necessary to develop a construction technology that can ensure the safety,quality and progress of the dec-oration construction of the bottom and facade of the largespan super-high steel corridor without being limited by the site and affecting the operation of the shallow tunnel below.Based on this,this paper takes the installation construction project of the obliquely connected steel corridor between the two towers A and B of Guangzhou Infinitus Plaza project as an example to analyze the key and difficult points of the engineering installation construction,and finds that there are difficulties such as large installation quantities and many special-shaped components.Then,based on this,the selection and optimization application of the decoration installation construction technology of the bottom and facade of the steel corridor are carried out,that is,through the development of new steel brackets,The construction technology of large cantilever sliding track hanging basket is optimized to provide reference for similar projects.
