建筑工程外墙防渗漏技术措施分析——以电建泛悦公馆项目为例

Analysis on Technical Measures of External Wall Leakage Prevention in Construction Engineering--Taking the PowerChina Fanyue Mansion Project as an Example

建筑外墙渗漏问题一直以来都比较普遍,是各建筑施工单位需要着重关注的一项工程质量管理内容。对此,文章以电建泛悦公馆项目为案例,结合笔者建筑工程实践经验,从主体结构施工阶段、砌体结构施工阶段、外墙装饰施工阶段这三个方面介绍了预防外墙渗漏的主要施工技术,并提出了外墙细部构造节点的预防渗漏措施,以供类似施工项目参考。

The external wall leakage has always been a relatively common problem,which is an engineering quality management content that all construction units need to pay attention to.In this regard,taking the PowerChina Fanyue mansion project as an example,combined with the author's practical experience in construction engineering,this paper introduces the main construction technologies to prevent external wall leakage from three aspects of the main structure construction stage,the masonry structure construction stage,and the external wall decoration construction stage,and proposes leakage prevention measures for the detailed structural nodes of the external wall for the reference of similar construction projects.
