城市建筑渣土处理存在的问题与解决措施分析

Analysis on Problems and Solutions of Urban Construction Waste Treatment

在我国城镇化建设加快的同时,环境污染问题随之出现。建筑垃圾是建筑行业发展的重要污染源,其产生量与消纳能力之间发展不平衡、缺乏统一规划、没有形成完整的产业链等问题愈发严峻。为加强建筑垃圾治理,提升其资源化产业发展水平,文章分析了建筑渣土处理资源化、产业化发展不足的现状,然后进一步分析建筑渣土处理存在的具体问题,包括建筑渣土产出持续增长、大量堆放填埋建筑渣土产生隐患等问题,最后针对问题提出增强绿色施工理念、加强渣土资源化利用、建立完善的建筑渣土管理法规体系的解决措施,以期通过产业化提高建筑渣土资源利用水平,实现建筑渣土资源化。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,environmental pollution problems have emerged.Construction waste is an important pollution source for the development of the construction industry.The problems such as unbalanced development between its production and consumption capacity,lack of unified planning,and failure to form a complete industrial chain are becoming more and more serious.In order to strengthen the treatment of construction waste and improve the development level of its resource utilization industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of insufficient development of resource utilization and industrialization of construction waste treatment,and then further analyzes the specific problems existing in the treatment of construction waste,including the continuous growth of construction waste output,the hidden dangers caused by a large number of stacking and landfilling of construction waste,etc.Finally,aiming at the problems,this paper puts forward the solutions to enhance the concept of green construction,strengthen the resource utilization of construction waste,and establish a sound legal system of construction waste management,so as to improve the resource utilization level of construction waste through industrialization and realize the resource utilization of construction waste.
