血清γ-干扰素、白细胞介素-33与慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA载量的相关性 被引量:4

Correlation between serum IFN-γ, IL-33 and HBV-DNA load in patients with chronic hepatitis B

摘要 目的 观察慢性乙型肝炎患者血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)载量情况,并分析血清IFN-γ、IL-33与HBV-DNA载量的关系。方法 选取2018年6月—2021年6月杭州临安区第一人民医院感染科收治的108例慢性乙型肝炎患者,检测患者HBV-DNA载量并依据检测结果分为低、中、高HBV-DNA载量组,设计基线资料调查表,统计3组患者的基线资料并比较,分析血清IFN-γ、IL-33与慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA载量的关系。结果 108例慢性乙型肝炎患者中,低HBV-DNA载量37例,中HBV-DNA载量49例,高HBV-DNA载量22例;高HBV-DNA载组ALT、AST、IFN-γ、IL-33水平高于中HBV-DNA载量组、低HBV-DNA载量组(P<0.05);不同HBV-DNA载量慢性乙型肝炎患者其他资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA载量与血清IFN-γ成负相关(r=-0.401,P<0.05)、与血清IL-33成正相关(r=0.408,P<0.05);经多项logistic回归分析结果显示,血清IFN-γ过表达是慢性乙型肝炎患者中、高HBV-DNA载量的保护因子(OR<1,P<0.05);血清IL-33过表达是其危险因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 入院时血清IFN-γ、IL-33的异常表达与慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV-DNA载量有关。 Objective This study aims to observe the serum levels of γ-interferon(IFN-γ), interleukin-33(IL-33) and hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA) in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and to analyze the relationship between serum IFN-γ, IL-33 and HBV-DNA load. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in Department of Infection, Lin’an First People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The HBV-DNA loads of the patients were detected and divided into low, medium and high HBV-DNA load groups according to the test results. The baseline data questionnaire was designed, the baseline data of the three groups were counted and compared, and the relationship between serum IFN-γ, IL-33 and HBV-DNA load in patients with chronic hepatitis B was analyzed. Results Among 108 patients with chronic hepatitis B, there were 37 cases with low HBV-DNA load, 49 cases with medium HBV-DNA load and 22 cases with high HBV-DNA load;the levels of ALT, AST, IFN-γ and IL-33 in high HBV-DNA load group were higher than those in medium HBV-DNA load group and low HBV-DNA load group(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance on the difference in other data of patients with chronic hepatitis B and different HBV-DNA loads(P>0.05);HBV-DNA load was negatively correlated with serum IFN-γ(r=-0.401, P<0.05) and positively correlated with serum IL-33(r=0.408, P<0.05);multiple logistic regression analysis showed that serum IFN-γ overexpression was a protective factor for medium and high HBV-DNA loads in patients with chronic hepatitis B(OR<1, P<0.05);the overexpression of IL-33 was a risk factor(OR>1, P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of serum IFN-γ and IL-33 at admission is related to HBV-DNA load in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
