People’s Livelihood Guarantee System Based on the People-Centered Theory

人民中心论是唯物史观的相关内容,在中国特色社会主义发展下已成为党的重要执政理念。新时代民生保证制度作为社会主义制度中的一部分,是推进国家治理能力现代化的有效载体,该理念最初在十九届四中全会中提出,随着时代的发展,此制度当前已成为与人民生活密切相连的制度,在缩小贫富差距的同时能够更好地满足人民对美好生活的迫切追求。以人民中心论为核心,在创业、教育、社会保障及人民健康等制度方面,以有效的措施完善民生保障制度,推进制度的改革与创新。

People-centered theory,which is related to historical materialism,has become an important idea of ruling the Party.As a part of the socialist system,people’s livelihood guarantee system in the new era is an effective carrier for promoting the modernization of the country’s governing capacity.People’s livelihood guarantee system,first put forward at the fourth plenary session of the 19th central committee,has become a system that is closely connected with the people’s lives with the development of the times,because it can better satisfy the people’s urgent pursuit of a better life while narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor.People’s livelihood guarantee system based on people-centered theory can improve people’s livelihood guarantee system and promote institutional reform and innovation with effective measures in terms of entrepreneurship,education,social security and people’s health.
