黑龙江冰雪旅游与文化产业融合发展的动力机制

On the Dynamic Mechanism of Integrating Ice and Snow Tourism with Cultural Industry in Heilongjiang Province

运用文献研究法并结合实地调查,在分析冰雪旅游与文化产业融合机理的基础上,探讨黑龙江省冰雪旅游与文化产业融合发展的动力机制。研究结论:黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业与文化产业融合中,创新是前提,市场需求是原动力,旅游企业是主力军,政府政策导向是持久保障。针对在冰雪旅游与文化产业融合发展中存在的问题,提出深挖冰雪旅游资源、充分利用数字媒体、强化政策支持、完善人才培养机制等建议,为推动黑龙江省冰雪旅游与文化产业深度融合提供了理论参考。

This paper discusses the mechanism of integrating ice and snow tourism with cultural industry by using the method of literature research and field investigation,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism for the integration in Heilongjiang province.The research shows that the integration ice and snow tourism industry with cultural industry should be done with innovation as the premise,market requirement as the engine,tourism enterprises as the main force,and government policy as the guarantee.This paper puts forward some suggestions to solve problems existing in the integration,including digging deep for snow and ice tourism resources,making full use of digital media,increasing policy support,improving talent development scheme,and improving the personnel training mechanism,which will provide a theoretical reference for promoting the deep integration of ice and snow tourism with cultural industries in Heilongjiang province.
