高校留学生跨文化教育管理问题探究

College Students’Cross-Cultural Education Management

当今,越来越多国家的学生到中国院校进行留学,在学习知识的同时,体验我国传统文化。来华留学生作为当代高校大学生群体的重点组成要素,其凸显了与我国高校大学生的共性,在管理工作上可通过相同的管理办法。但由于来华留学生的成长环境、文化背景存在一定的差异,价值观念、人际交往模式和生活习惯也有所不同。高校管理工作人员应通过科学合理的跨文化教育管理模式,为来华留学生营造出更良好的文化学习氛围,用以帮助来华留学生尽快学习、了解并适应我国本土文化氛围,使其更好地融入本地大学生群体中。

For the present,more and more international students come to China to learn knowledge while experiencing traditional Chinese culture.The management of international students in China can adopt the same approach as that of Chinese college students,which highlights the commonness between the two.However,due to the differences in the growth environment and cultural background,the values,interpersonal communication mode and living habits regarding international students in our country,college management staffshould create a better cultural learning atmosphere through scientific and reasonable cross-cultural education management mode,so as to help them to learn well,understand and adapt to Chinese local cultural atmosphere as soon as possible,so that they can better get involved into local college students.
