摘要
本文建立了一种高效液相色谱测定丙硫菌唑原药中相关杂质脱硫丙硫菌唑和残留溶剂甲苯含量的分析方法。用乙腈溶解试样,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,使用Agilent SB-Aq色谱柱,流速为0.25mL/min,在210nm波长下对丙硫菌唑原药中脱硫丙硫菌唑和甲苯进行定量分析。试验结果表明脱硫丙硫菌唑的线性相关系数为0.9997,变异系数为1.61%,平均回收率为94.6%,定量限为0.005%。甲苯的线性相关系数为0.9996,变异系数为0.56%,平均回收率为102.1%,定量限为0.01%。该方法准确、快速,适用于丙硫菌唑产品中脱硫丙硫菌唑和甲苯残留的定量分析。
A common analytical method for determination of Prothioconazole-desthio and toluene in Prothioconazole by HPLC was established.The samples were dissolved with acetonitrile,then separated and analyzed quantitatively on an Agilent SB-Aq column at a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min,and UV detector at 210 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and 0.9996,the variation coefficient of 1.61%and 0.56%,the average recovery of 94.6%and 102.1%,and the limit of quantitation of 0.005%and 0.01%were obtained for Prothioconazole-desthio and toluene,respectively.The method is accurate,rapid and suitable for the quantitative analysis of Prothioconazole-desthio and toluene residues in Prothioconazole.
