50%酰嘧磺隆水分散粒剂高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254nm波长下对50%酰嘧磺隆水分散粒剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.23,变异系数为0.47%,平均回收率为99.90%。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度、精密度和准确度高,适用于酰嘧磺隆水分散粒剂的定量分析。 A method was established for the separation and quantitative analysis of amidosulfuron 50% water dispersible granule(WG) by HPLC,using acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, Zorbax SB-C_(18)column and DAD at 254nm wavelength.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,the standard deviation of 0.23,the coefficient of variation of 0.47%,and the average recovery of 99.90% was obtained.The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate enough for the quantitative analysis of amidosulfuron water dispersible granule.
