超声引导下猪尾巴管置管引流术治疗危重症患者胸腔积液临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Drainage of Pig Tail Tube in the Treatment of Critically Ill Patients with Pleural Effusion

目的:探讨在超声引导之下使用猪尾巴管引流术治疗危重症患者胸腔积液的实际效果。方法:选取本院2019年8月~2020年8月收入的存在胸腔积液的180例危重症患者作为研究对象,使用抽签的方式随机分成各90例的两组,即对照组和观察组。对照组胸腔积液危重症患者在超声引导下实施中心静脉导管置管引流术,而观察组胸腔积液危重症患者则在超声引导下采取猪尾巴管置管引流术展开治疗,比较两组患者所取得的治疗效果。结果:观察组胸腔积液危重症患者的治疗总有效率、一次性成功置管率、置管时间、引流量以及住院时间均显著优于对照组胸腔积液危重症患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在超声引导下,对胸腔积液危重症患者使用猪尾巴置管引流术进行治疗,能够有效提升治疗总有效率和一次性成功置管率,缩短置管时间、引流量以及住院时间。

Objective: To investigate the practical effect of ultrasound-guided pigtail tube drainage in the treatment of critical patients with pleural effusion. Methods:180 patients with pleural effusion in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group, namely the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided central venous catheter drainage, while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided pigtail catheter drainage. Results: The total effective rate, one-time successful catheterization rate, catheterization time, drainage volume and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Under the guidance of ultrasound, the use of pigtail catheter drainage in the treatment of critical patients with pleural effusion can effectively improve the total effective rate and one-time success rate, shorten the catheter time, drainage and hospitalization time.
