微形种植体在正畸治疗的疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of Micro Implant in Orthodontic Treatment

目的:观察微型种植体在正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:抽取2021年4月~2022年5月来本院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者50例,随机均分为研究组与对照组,前者使用微型种植体进行正畸治疗,后者采用传统正畸治疗方式,比较两组应用效果。结果:头影测量指标方面,研究组均更优,P<0.05;咬合力、咀嚼效率以及口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQOL)评分方面,研究组得分更高,P<0.05;不良反应发生情况方面,研究组不良反应发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:在口腔正畸治疗患者中应用微型种植体,可有效改善患者头影测量指标,提高患者咀嚼效率、咬合力以及口腔健康水平,同时不良反应发生率低,应用效果显著。

Objective: To observe the effect of micro implant in orthodontic treatment. Methods: 50 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from April 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The former used micro implants for orthodontic treatment, and the latter used traditional orthodontic treatment. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results: In terms of cephalometric indexes, the study group was better, P<0.05;In terms of bite force, chewing efficiency and oral health related quality of life(OHRQOL) scores, the study group scored higher(P<0.05);In terms of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of micro implant in orthodontic patients can effectively improve the cephalometric indicators of patients, improve the chewing efficiency, bite force and oral health level of patients, while the incidence of adverse reactions is low and the application effect is significant.
