气压治疗仪预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成作用

Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Hemiplegia After Stroke

目的:研究预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓时使用气压治疗仪的作用。方法:将2019年6月~2020年6月自本院收治的76例脑卒中偏瘫患者按照电脑随机的方式进行分组,每组38例。给予参照组常规药物治疗,给予实验组患者气压治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率和治疗前后脑卒中量表评分。结果:对比两组患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生情况,实验组发生率为2.63%,实验组明显低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的溶栓时间以及尿激酶用量均低于参照组,并且血栓清除率相对较高;对比脑卒中量表评分,治疗前两组患者的脑卒中量表评分没有明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后实验组患者评分明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在为脑卒中偏瘫患者预防下肢深静脉血栓时,使用气压治疗仪这种方式能够提升预防效果,减少并发症的发生及疾病对患者的伤害,同时对于降低溶栓时间以及尿激酶用量也是非常重要的,能够促进患者恢复健康。

Objective: To study the effect of air pressure therapy in preventing deep vein thrombosis in patients with stroke and hemiplegia. Methods:76 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into groups with 38 cases in each group. The reference group was given conventional medication, and the experimental group was treated with a pneumatic therapy device. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs and the scores of the stroke scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of the two groups was compared. The incidence of the experimental group was 2.63%, which was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The thrombolysis time and the dosage of urokinase in the observation group were lower than those of the reference group. And the thrombus clearance rate is relatively high;Comparing the stroke scale scores, before treatment, there is no significant difference in the stroke scale scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment, the scores of the experimental group are significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with stroke and hemiplegia, the use of air pressure therapy can improve the preventive effect, reduce the occurrence of complications and the injury of the disease to the patient, and it is also very useful for reducing the time of thrombolysis and the dosage of urokinase. Importantly, it can promote the recovery of patients.
