摘要
目的:研究护士应用心电监护仪导线保护的固定方法创新。方法:选取本科室31台心电监护仪进行研究,创建讨论小组,通过分析原因等方法,商讨出保护固定心电监护仪导线的创新方法并在实际工作中实施。对比实施前后心电监护仪因导线所出现的故障率。结果:实施前,一共有15台心电监护仪出现了6次导线折叠、4次断裂、7次牵扯导线导致管道脱出、3次心电监护仪坠落这几种现象,故障率为48.39%;实施后,共有2台心电监护仪出现了1次导线折叠、1次断裂的现象,故障率为6.45%,实施后故障率明显低于实施前(P<0.05);实施前导线更换率为12.90%,实施后导线更换率为0,实施后导线更换率明显低于实施前(P<0.05);实施前心电监护仪的维护费用为(618.3±44.6)元,实施后心电监护仪的维护费用(78.3±5.2)元,实施后心电监护仪的维护费用明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在保护固定心电监护仪方法的创新当中,护士利用创新方法可以对导线起到保护的作用,避免在使用过程中脱离或者是折叠等,提高工作效率,防止频繁的更换导线,从而减少对心电监护仪的维护费用。
Objective: To study the innovation of fixation method for nurses using ECG monitor wire protection. Methods:31 undergraduate ECG monitors were selected for research, a discussion group was created, and innovative methods of protecting the wires of the fixed ECG monitor were discussed and implemented in actual work by analyzing the reasons and other methods. Compare the failure rate of the ECG monitor due to the lead before and after the implementation. Results: Before the implementation, there were a total of 15 ECG monitors with 6 folding of wires, 4 breaks, 7 times of pulling the wires to cause the pipe to fall out, and 3 times of falling of the ECG monitor. The failure rate was 48.39%;After that, a total of 2 ECG monitors had one wire folding and one break. The failure rate was 6.45%. The failure rate after implementation was significantly lower than before implementation(P<0.05);The wire replacement rate before implementation was 12.90%, the wire replacement rate after implementation was 0.00%, and the wire replacement rate after implementation was significantly lower than before implementation(P<0.05);The maintenance cost of ECG monitor before implementation was(618.3±44.6) yuan, and the maintenance cost of ECG monitor after implementation was(78.3±5.2) yuan. The maintenance cost of ECG monitor after implementation was significantly lower than that before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the innovation of methods of protecting and fixing ECG monitors, nurses can use innovative methods to protect the wires, avoid detachment or folding during use, improve work efficiency, prevent frequent replacement of wires, and reduce damage The maintenance cost of the ECG monitor.
