摘要
目的:分析经会阴四维盆底超声立体成像检测子宫全切术后女性盆底功能异常的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选取2019年9月~2021年6月本院收治的60例接受子宫全切术治疗的女性患者作为研究对象,并分别在治疗前后3个月对其实施经会阴四维盆底超声立体成像检测,观察患者的盆腔器官脱垂情况、肛提肌裂孔情况以及盆底器官的对称程度。结果:60例接受子宫全切术治疗的患者术后共检出8例盆底器官脱垂的情况,检出率为13.33%;包括膀胱膨出4例(6.67%),直肠膨出1例(1.67%),阴道穹隆脱垂3例(5.00%)。检出肛提肌裂孔面积或前后径、左右径增加的患者45例,检出率为75.00%,其中,肛提肌裂孔面积增大的患者15例(25.00%);肛提肌裂孔前后径增大的患者14例(23.33%);肛提肌裂孔左右径增大的患者16例(26.67%)。检出盆底器官对称不良的患者8例,检出率为13.33%。结论:在女性实施子宫全切术后对其实施经会阴四维盆底超声立体成像检测效果确切。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect and application value of transperineal four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound stereo imaging to detect female pelvic floor dysfunction after total hysterectomy. Methods: 60 female patients undergoing total hysterectomy, who were admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to June 2021, were selected as the research objects, and transperineal four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound was performed three months before and after treatment. Imaging tests to observe the patient’s pelvic organ prolapse, levator ani hiatus, and the degree of alignment of the pelvic floor organs. Results: A total of 8 cases of pelvic floor organ prolapse were detected in 60 patients who underwent total hysterectomy, with a detection rate of 13.33%;Including 4 cases of cystocele(6.67%) and rectocele 1 case(1.67%), and 3 cases(5.0%) of vaginal vault prolapse. 45 patients with an increase in the area or anteroposterior diameter and left-right diameter of the levator ani muscle were detected, and the detection rate was 75.00%. Among them, 15 patients had an increase in the area of the levator ani muscle(accounting for 25.00%);There were 14 patients with increased anterior and posterior diameters(23.33%);16 patients with increased left and right diameters of the levator ani muscle(accounting for 26.67%). 8 patients with poor symmetry of the pelvic floor were detected, and the detection rate was 13.33%. Conclusion: The effect of transperineal four-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound stereo imaging on women after total hysterectomy is definite.
