乳腺癌患者乳腺肿块及腋窝淋巴结的超声声像图特征与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系

The Relationship Between the Features of Ultrasound Imaging of Breast Masses and Axillary Lymph Nodes in Breast Cancer Patients and the Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis

目的:分析乳腺癌患者乳腺肿块及腋窝淋巴结的超声声像图特征与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系。方法:选取2017年5月~2019年6月本院收治的80例乳腺癌患者作为本次研究对象,术前分别进行高频二维超声和多普勒彩色超声检查,得出乳腺肿块情况、腋窝淋巴结情况及超声声像图表现;然后经淋巴结清扫,对比两组患者超声检查及淋巴结清扫结果。结果:49例为淋巴结转移,31例为无淋巴结转移,两种结果中,两组患者毛刺征占及血流分级结果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且超声结果差异性明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿块毛刺征及血流分级情况可作为超声诊断乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结转移情况,具有临床价值。

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the features of ultrasound imaging of breast masses and axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients and axillary lymph node metastasis. Methods: We selected 80 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 as the subjects of this study, and performed high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound and Doppler color ultrasound before surgery to obtain breast masses. The condition of the axillary lymph nodes and the appearance of ultrasound sonogram;Then the lymph node dissection, the ultrasound examination and lymph node dissection results of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: 49 cases had lymph node metastasis and 31 cases had no lymph node metastasis. In the two results, the results of glitch sign and blood flow classification were significantly different between the two groups, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference of ultrasound results was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: After ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer patients with breast tumors and axillary lymph nodes, the findings of the tumor burr and blood flow classification indicate axillary lymph node metastasis, which can be used as a clinical predictor of breast cancer axillary lymph node metastasis.
