雾化机在老年支气管哮喘治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Atomizer in the Treatment of Senile Bronchial Asthma

目的:分析雾化机在老年支气管哮喘治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取本中心2018年5月~2020年5月收治的92例老年支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,根据给药方式的不同将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用口服给药方式,研究组采用雾化机给药方式,观察两组患者治疗有效率和临床症状消失时间。结果:研究组总治疗有效率为95.65%(44/46),显著高于对照组的78.26%(36/46),P<0.05。同时研究组各项症状消失时间均显著短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在老年支气管哮喘治疗中应用雾化机给药,可以显著提升治疗有效率,缩短症状消失时间。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of atomizer in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma. Methods: 92 cases of elderly patients with bronchial asthma in our center from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the different ways of administration. The control group was treated with oral administration, and the study group was treated with atomization machine. The effective rate and clinical symptom disappearance time of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%(44/46), which was significantly higher than 78.26%(36/46) of the control group(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the disappearance time of symptoms in the control group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of atomizer in the treatment of elderly bronchial asthma can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and shorten the time of symptom disappearance.
