经颅磁刺激仪治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨经颅磁刺激仪治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年5月~2021年5月本院收治的82例精神分裂症患者,依随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组各41例。两组均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗,对照组在此基础上给予伪刺激,试验组在此基础上给予重复经颅磁刺激,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前、治疗1个月后的PANSS、MMSE、PSQI评分、血清CRP、Hcy水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗1个月后,两组阴性症状评分、PANSS评分总分、MMSE评分、血清CRP、Hcy水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组治疗前后阳性症状、一般精神病理评分比较无意义(P>0.05),试验组PSQI评分低于治疗前,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,试验组、对照组不良反应发生率比较无意义(P>0.05)。结论:重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症在保证患者良好安全性的同时,能减轻患者精神分裂症症状,改善患者睡眠质量,还能降低患者血清CRP、Hcy水平,治疗效果较好。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulator in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group with 41 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs, the control group was given pseudo-stimulation on this basis, and the experimental group was given repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on this basis, and both groups were treated for 1 month. The PANSS, MMSE, PSQI scores, serum CRP, Hcy levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results: After 1 month of treatment, the negative symptom score, PANSS total score, MMSE score, serum CRP and Hcy levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the positive symptoms and general psychopathological scores(P>0.05), the PSQI score of the experimental group was lower than that before treatment and lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group was compared(P>0.05). Conclusion: Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of schizophrenia can reduce the symptoms of schizophrenia, improve the quality of sleep, and reduce the levels of serum CRP and Hcy in patients while ensuring good safety. The therapeutic effect is good.
