PDCA循环管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果

The Effect of PDCA Cycle Management in the Management of Endoscopic Instruments in Operating Room

目的:针对手术室腔镜器械管理工作应用PDCA循环管理措施,观察和对比其中的应用效果。方法:于本院2020年4月~2021年4月手术室器械中选择600件腔镜器械作为研究对象,随机纳入实验组300件、对照组300件,分别应用PDCA循环管理措施、常规管理措施,统计对比两组器械的管理效果。结果:应用PDCA循环管理的实验组器械的差错率为0.67%、零部件丢失率为0、完好率为99.67%、清洗合格率为100.00%、器械操作合格率为98.67%、医生总满意度为98.33%,各项指标均优于对照组,两组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.538、5.042、4.561、6.061、4.110、5.172,P<0.05)。结论:针对手术室腔镜器械管理工作应用PDCA循环管理措施,可以提升手术室腔镜器械的各项基础指标水平,同时提升器械操作合格率以及医生总满意度,PDCA循环管理措施在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果良好。

Objective: To apply PDCA cycle management measures to the management of endoscopic instruments in the operating room, to observe and compare the application effects. Methods: From April 2020 to April 2021, 600 endoscopic instruments were selected from the operating room instruments in our hospital as the research objects, and 300 instruments were randomly included in the experimental group and 300 in the control group. PDCA cycle management measures and routine management measures were applied respectively, statistically compare the management effects of the two sets of devices. Results: The error rate of the instruments in the experimental group using PDCA cycle management was 0.67%, the missing parts rate was 0.00%, the intact rate was 99.67%, the cleaning pass rate was 100.00%, the equipment operation pass rate was 98.67%, and the total satisfaction rate of doctors was 98.33%. All indicators were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.538, 5.042, 4.561, 6.061, 4.110, 5.172, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle management measures to the management of endoscopic instruments in the operating room can improve the level of various basic indicators of endoscopic instruments in the operating room, and at the same time improve the qualification rate of the instrument operation and the overall satisfaction of doctors. The PDCA cycle management measures are in the operating room cavity. The application effect in the management of mirror equipment is good.
