《中国兽医学报》发展大事记

《中国兽医学报》的前身可追溯到创刊于1972年的《兽医参考资料》,由当时的解放军兽医大学主办,为不定期普及性的部队内部刊物。《兽医参考资料》1980年年底停刊,在9年的时间内共出刊52期。编辑工作主要由我国著名的兽医病理学家叶重华教授担任。1981年3月,经国家和军队相关单位批准,《兽医大学学报》正式创刊,当时为季刊,内部发行,由中国人民解放军总后勒部主管,解放军兽医大学主办,学报工作主要由祝玉琦教授负责。

Swainsonine is a hydroxyindolizidine containing alkaloid that has been discovered and named for over 40 years.It was identified as a toxic component of locoweed, and research focused on its toxicity and toxicology.It was confirmed that it specifically inhibits alpha-mannosidase activity in animals, leading to the accumulation of cytosolic lysosomal mannans, causing cellular vacuolar degeneration and organ tissue damage and neurological dysfunction.As the research progressed, it was found that swainsonine has anti-tumor, anti-viral and immunomodulatory biological activities, which has set off a wave of research on the pharmacological effects of swainsonine and attracted the attention and great interest of scholars in the field of human medical research.This paper summarized the research history, main sources, toxicity and toxicology, and pharmacological activities of swainsonine from domestic and foreign research literature, and looked forward to future research directions, in order to provide important theoretical references for the public to understand the history, the latest research progress and the duality of swainsonine.
