新形势下职业院校实验实训室建设与管理问题的思考

高职院校的根本发展目标是培养大量的技能型人才,据有关统计数据显示,超过一半的高职学生是在实验室完成的相关任务,在实验实训室能够练习所学技能,实现理论与实践的有机结合,实验实训室在学习阶段占据着举足轻重的地位。随着教育机制的持续改革,应将实验实训室的建设提上日程,并采取切实有效的管理手段,将实验实训室的价值充分开发出来,提高职业院校的综合教学实力,为技能型人才和应用型人才的培养奠定坚实基础。
