转型升级背景下地方本科院校基层教学组织建设探讨

Exploration on the Construction of Grass Roots Teaching Organization in Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Transformation and Upgrading

基层教学组织是高等院校最基本的教学共同体,是实现应用型人才培养、推动地方本科院校转型升级的基础性力量。本文从地方本科院校基层教学组织存在问题入手,结合当前时代形势、任务及对高校人才培养的新要求,探讨了基于转型升级背景下地方本科院校基层教学组织的框架结构和建设措施。为地方本科院校的基层教学组织建设提供了建设理念、拓宽建设思路。

Grassroots teaching organization is the most basic teaching unit in Colleges,and it is the basic force to realize the cultivation of applied talents and promote the transformation and upgrading of local undergraduate colleges.Starting from the problems existing in the grass-roots teaching organizations of Local Undergraduate Colleges,combined with the current situation,tasks and new requirements for talent cultivation in Colleges,this paper discusses the framework and construction measures of grass-roots teaching organizations based on the cultivation of Applied Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges.It provides the construction idea and broadens the construction ideas for the construction of Local Undergraduate Colleges'basic teaching organization.
