八钢板坯连铸结晶器高频率小振幅的实践

摘要 本文以Q355qE钢为研究对象,试验采用提高结晶器振动频率的方法降低铸坯振痕深度,通过测量铸坯振痕深度和计算保护渣消耗量,对比分析了结晶器振动频率增加10Hz和20Hz对铸坯振痕深度分布和保护渣消耗量的影响。结果表明:随着结晶器振动频率的增加,铸坯振痕深度逐渐减小,平均振痕深度从0.43mm减小到0.35mm;振痕主要分布范围从0.2~0.7mm减小到0.1~0.6mm;振动频率增加20Hz,保护渣吨钢消耗量基本没有变化。 In this paper,Q355qE steel is taken as the research object,and the method of increasing the mold vibration frequency is used to reduce the vibration mark depth of the casting slab.By measuring the vibration mark depth of the casting slab and calculating the consumption of mold powder,the influence of increasing the mold vibration frequency by 10Hz and 20Hz on the vibration mark depth distribution of the casting slab and the consumption of mold powder is com-pared and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of mold vibration frequency,the vibration mark depth of the billet decreases gradually,and the average vibration mark depth decreases from 0.43mm to 0.35mm;The main distribu-tion range of vibration marks decreased from 0.2~0.7mm to 0.1~0.6mm;When the vibration frequency increases by 20 Hz,the consumption per ton of steel of the mold powder basically remains unchanged.
