This paper describes the problems that affect the normal rolling during the use of the front pinch roll of the roughing mill in the bar production line,and puts forward improvement measures to improve the wear resistance and bearing capacity of the pinch roll.After field application,good results have been achieved,improving the production rate,reducing the production cost of the enterprise,and increasing economic benefits.
