绿色通用型乳化切削液的制备

RESEARCH OF ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY UNIVERSAL EMULSION CUTTING FLUID

采用自制多功能芥酸三乙醇胺盐乳化剂,筛选出性能优良的菜籽油为植物基础油,并采用高分子环保型极压剂,制备了环保通用型乳化切削液。性能评价结果表明:该环保通用型乳化切削液具有优异的稳定性、润滑性、极压性、防锈性,最大无卡咬负荷为548 N,消泡性能为1.5 mL/10 min;在对铸铁片、45#钢、62#黄铜、LY16铝片的实验中均表现出良好的防锈性能,平均粒径为0.178μm,且粒径分布均匀;不含对环境有污染的非环保性物质。应用实验表明,该环保通用型乳化切削液具有多功能性,适用于黑色和有色金属加工工艺润滑,且水解安定性能好。

Using self-made multifunctional triethanolamine erusic acid salt as emulsifier,and rapeseed oil with excellent properties as plant base oil,a kind of environmentally friendly universal emulsion cutting fluid was developed by using polymer environmental protection extreme pressure agent.Performance evaluation results shows that this cutting fluid has excellent stability,lubricity,extreme pressure,and rust resistance.Among them,the maximum non-seize load is 548 N,and the defoaming performance is 1.5 mL/10 min.It shows good antirust performance in the test of cast iron sheet,45#steel,62#brass,and LY16 aluminum sheet,with an average particle size of 0.178μm.The particle size distribution is uniform,and it does not contain non-environmental protection substances that pollute the environment.The application experiment shows that it has excellent lubricity,rust resistance,good cooling property and wide applications,including ferrous and non-ferrous metal processing.
