Analysis of Electromagnetic Disturbance Detection Results of Indoor Lighting Fixtures

为更好地了解济宁地区室内照明灯具的产品质量状况,引导消费者及相关企业提高对照明类产品光学性能及电磁骚扰的认识,2022年2季度,山东省济宁市市场监管局与国家半导体及显示产品质量监督检验中心(山东)对包括LED读写台灯、LED灯泡等在内的室内灯具产品质量进行了抽查。共抽查产品25批次,检测发现抽查产品中普遍存在电磁骚扰问题,且问题多集中在骚扰电压及谐波电流项目上,合格率比例较低。

In order to better understand the product quality of indoor lighting fixtures in Jining area and guide consumers and relevant enterprises to improve their understanding of the optical performance and electromagnetic disturbance of lighting products,in the second quarter of 2022,Shandong Jining Market Supervision Bureau and the national semiconductor and display product quality supervision and Inspection Center(Shandong)conducted supervision and random inspection on the product quality of indoor lighting fixtures,including LED reading and writing desk lamps and LED bulbs.A total of 25 batches of products were randomly selected,and it was found that electromagnetic disturbance was common in the products,and the problems were mostly concentrated in the items of disturbance voltage and harmonic current,and the qualified proportion was low.
