基于永磁高压柜控制回路软隐患导致的直流母线失压故障分析

摘要 某水泵站机组在启机过程中因岗位人员经验化操作,暴露出永磁式断路器操作机构控制回路及PLC逻辑控制程序中存在软隐患、软缺陷,通过对故障的全面分析,重新优化了永磁式操作机构的二次控制回路、PLC启停逻辑程序、规范了岗位人员的经验化操作习惯。通过优化后的试验,验证了技术性规范操作的重要性,从而解决了软隐患、软缺陷存在的问题,确保了设备的安全稳定运行。 During the start-up of a pumping station unit, the experienced personnel exposed the existence of hidden problems and defects in the control circuit of the permanent magnetic circuit breaker operating mechanism and the PLC logic control program. Through a comprehensive analysis of the fault, the secondary control circuit of the operating mechanism, the PLC start-stop logic program were re-optimized, and the operating behavior of the personnel was standardized. After the trial, the importance of technically regulated operation was verified, and the hidden problems and defects existed were solved to ensure safe and stable equipment operation.
