摘要
液氮工业生产中通常采用低温精馏法将空气中的氧氮分离,液化后形成液氮,因其温度低,液氮的生产、储存和运输过程中损失严重。分析了液氮生产至充装环节中产生损失的原因,提出了针对性的对策,为实际生产运行提供指导。
Liquid nitrogen industrial production usually adopts low temperature distillation method to separate oxygen and nitrogen from air, and Liquid nitrogen will be formed after liquefaction. Due to its low temperature, there are serious losses in the production, storage and transportation of liquid nitrogen. The causes of loss in the process from production to filling of liquid nitrogen are analyzed, and targeted countermeasures are proposed to provide guidance for actual production operation.
